| 内容記述 | Background and Objectives : Anaphylaxis reactions in preschools are not rare, so staff should be trained to assess symptoms and administer medication. A workshop on how to use an adrenaline auto-injector (EpiPen Ⓡ ) was conducted along with a questionnaire survey at a college of childhood education. The survey revealed a prevalence of negative impressions. Therefore, scenarios to reassure students were developed and the effects of the exercise were considered. Methods : A workshop including how to use an EpiPen Ⓡ and role-playing with scenarios was conducted with 1st-year students at Hosen College of Childhood Education. A total of 66 out of 77 records were analyzed. Results : Negative impressions were expressed by 27 students (40.9%), and role-playing did not resolve these negative feelings. Thirty-one students (47.0%) felt that they had become able to use an EpiPen Ⓡ in case of an emergency. Sixty students (90.9%) responded that the workshop was highly beneficial. Conclusion : Though negative feelings could not be eliminated by role-playing, repeating scenarios could more effectively impart knowledge to the students and increase the efficiency of the workshop | |||||
