A workshop on how to use an adrenaline auto-injector (EpiPen Ⓡ ) was conducted along with a questionnaire survey at a college of childhood education. The survey revealed a prevalence of negative impressions. Therefore, scenarios to reassure students were developed and the effects of the exercise were considered. Methods : A workshop including how to use an EpiPen Ⓡ and role-playing with scenarios was conducted with 1st-year students at Hosen College of Childhood Education. A total of 66 out of 77 records were analyzed. Results : Negative impressions were expressed by 27 students (40.9%), and role-playing did not resolve these negative feelings. Thirty-one students (47.0%) felt that they had become able to use an EpiPen Ⓡ in case of an emergency. Sixty students (90.9%) responded that the workshop was highly beneficial. Conclusion : Though negative feelings could not be eliminated by role-playing, repeating scenarios could more effectively impart knowledge to the students and increase the efficiency of the workshop}, pages = {9--19}, title = {保育者養成校におけるアドレナリン自己注射薬(エピペン Ⓡ )実技演習の 効果と課題(2) ─ シナリオを用いたロールプレイを通して ─}, volume = {10}, year = {2019}, yomi = {イマイ, ケイコ and ユミタ, アキコ} }
